How can I download Youtube videos from Safari, and convert it to a video for my iPod?

There are some awesome music videos that aren’t on the iTunes store. How can I download a youtube video from Safari, and convert it so I can put it on my iPod touch?

go to the youtube video. copy the Url this thing http://Www.youtube.com/watch?v=RvZkrtAHAnA
then go to KeepVid*com turn the * into a .
paste the Url in the BLUE box
then download it to your computer
inport it into iTunes
in your tool bar you will see “Advanced”
in that click make “iPod version” and your done!
